CAM SERVICES

In addition to property management and tenant services, we also provide CAM (common area maintenance) services for all properties. Our CAM services come directly from our in-house maintenance staff who ensure that each property is always looking its best and everything is working properly.

The benefit to having an in-house staff that carries out CAM duties is that it saves money for the tenants and eases the process when a tenant or property needs to have something done. Atlas Properties is the only service that a tenant will ever need to contact - everything in one place, for the ease of everyone involved.
